Brittany Martin
Managing PartnerExecutive Leadership & Business Operations
Brittany has more than a decade of experience in executive leadership, strategy, and business operations. She helped grow a company from $2 million to $12 million in annual revenue, ultimately serving as president and overseeing operations across a 30-person team and $6 million budget.
Today, she works directly with business owners on financial and operational decisions, organizational structure, leadership, and implementation. She also has experience establishing and operating an early-stage technology company.
Brittany leads Instar's client relationships and engagements.
Brent Martin
PrincipalSystems Architecture, Engineering & Operations
Brent is a systems engineer with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, capital projects, and technology development.
At Pod Pack International, he helped grow the company from eight to more than 120 employees, led a profitability turnaround, reduced quality complaints by 95%, and improved production uptime from 30% to 75%. He later helped prepare the business for private equity acquisition.
His experience also includes engineering and operations roles with International Paper and Georgia-Pacific, along with software architecture, data systems, and technology development.
